Returns
Since our products are food items (desi buffalo ghee), returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we may provide:
- Replacement of the product
- Partial or full refund depending on the situation
Refunds
Once your request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
